Challenge of the Week: Gratitude

This is a new idea I have for this newsletter.
Each Thursday, I’ll give you a challenge for you to do until the next Thursday.
If you think it helps you, continue using it.
This week, I want you to write down 1 thing you are grateful for and one sentence as to why every day.
I try to do this before bed every night.
You’ll probably start with the obvious stuff.
Friends, family, shelter, food, etc.
Eventually you’ll run out of basic things to be grateful for and realize the luxuries you live with everyday.
In my journal, you’ll find that I’m grateful for my pinky toes, the cold side of my pillow, the sound of rain in the Spring, and other ridiculous things.
There’s nothing too silly to be grateful for.
Productivity is built from the ground up.
When you appreciate the things you have, finding energy to use your advantages becomes easier.
Try it out.
